When buying a ticket online before clicking on the finish button, please make sure that your Last Name/First Name, Date of Birth and personal information such as email address and phone number are correct.
Yes, when booking a ticket online, you will have 24 hours to make the payment at one of our ticket offices or online via our website.
You can change your reservation by calling our Call Center at +17862412356, send us an email at info@just2air.com or at one of our Ticket Offices.
Cancelling your booking can be done through our website www.just2air.com, our Call Center by dialing +17862412356, at one of our ticket offices or sending us an email at least 24 hours before departure.
We do not require your passport information to book a flight. Passport information is only needed at the point of check in.
Tickets
When your Credit Card has been declined, please make sure that all the information inserted in the system of your Credit Card is correct.
If everything is ok, please contact your bank / credit card company or send an email to our Customer Service department at info@just2air.com with the last 4 digits of your Credit Card in order for us to check and release the funds.
Cancelling your ticket is free of charge. Remember that your ticket is valid for use one year after date of purchase. When making use of your ticket again within that year, a penalty fee will be charged. If the same class is not available from previous ticket, an upgrading fee will be charged. (The Fee amount can be found in our terms and conditions of Tickets).
Name change is unfortunately not allowed. Name correction is allowed up to 5 characters.
Yes, all airport taxes and government taxes are included.
On same day of travel, tickets can be purchased up to 3 hours before departure of the flight.
Your ticket is valid for use one year after date of purchase. Tickets bought during promotional campaigns are only valid on the dates you have purchased.

Check-in / Baggage
It’s recommended that you arrive 90 minutes before your departure time.
Traveling with a valid passport on Just2air’s flights are required.
Pregnant Passengers can fly till the 36th week of Pregnancy.
Please make sure whenever you have a connecting flight from another airline that there will be enough transit time available to collect your bags and check in at the other airline. We are not responsible for connecting flights from other airlines.
When making a reservation please inform the agent that you will need wheelchair assistance in order to receive special assistance upon departure/arrival of your flight.
When your bag is missing/damaged, please report this to a Lost and Found Agent at the baggage arrival hall before leaving the Arrival Hall. The agent will assist you with filling out a complaint.
