When your Credit Card has been declined, please make sure that all the information inserted in the system of your Credit Card is correct.

Cancelling your ticket is free of charge. Remember that\u00a0your ticket is valid for use one year after date of purchase. When making use of your ticket again within that year, a penalty fee will be charged. If the same class is not available from previous ticket, an upgrading fee will be charged. (The Fee amount can be found in our terms and conditions of Tickets).<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
